About this house rental

Situated in Michiana, this attractive house for $560 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Sun. -Sun. Rentals ONLY during peak season( mid June-late Aug.) Newly updated three-bedroom, three-bath vacation home with incredible views of the lake. Just a short walk to beach access -- swim in Lake Michigan, walk along the beach or enjoy beautiful sunsets. Beach access is one block south of the home. There's a fully equipped modern kitchen, massive decks overlooking the lake, a wood-burning fireplace for the cooler evenings, and a hot tub. More than ample sleeping accommodations: There are two bedrooms on the second floor (4 steps up). The primary bedroom has a deck overlooking the lake and a fully modern master bath. It has a King Bed and a Queen-size Murphy bed. The other bedroom on this floor has a King and Queen bed. A full bath off the hall. The third bedroom is located in the basement (8 steps down). It has a King Bed and a Queen-size Murphy bed. It has an ensuite bath. We kindly request that guests refrain from hosting large parties or family gatherings out of respect for the neighboring homeowners, many of whom reside here year-round. By fostering a sense of harmony and consideration, we can ensure that everyone enjoys a peaceful and rejuvenating stay. Bring food, drinks, personal items, and the good times. This property is well-maintained and equipped for the comfort and convenience of our guests. Our vacation rentals include well-equipped kitchens, and living and dining areas. Linens and towels are provided. Homes have washers and dryers, a dishwasher, central heat and air conditioning, cable/satellite television, DVD players, and high-speed Internet service. We ask that renters bring condiments, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, extra toilet paper, and convenience items like plastic wrap, aluminum foil, and zip-lock bags. We do not resupply anything during the stay. We provide two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, 4 garbage bags, and hand soap in each bathroom so plan according to your needs. Minimum Age Limit for Renters: The guest signing the rental agreement/contract must be 30 years of age or older (ID at check-in required) and must be responsible for the group during the entire time of the stay. Maximum occupancy restrictions: The number of guests at any WAYA-managed property can not exceed the maximum occupancy number (or sleeps number). This includes invited guests, friends, or additional family members. Events, parties, or family gatherings are not permitted without express written permission prior to booking. This property is Dog-friendly. A non-refundable fee per stay, per dog ( 2 dog max) is assessed during the booking process.

Fantastic stay at the house. A little disappointed that lake access was limited due to dune restoration plantings. FYI - refrigerator water dispenser was dripping after use and running down freezer door to the floor. I would love to stay here again. Views are amazing!

Loved our stay here. We had three couples and it was the perfect set up where every couple had their own room and bathroom. Less than a ten minute walk to the beach. The beach was pretty quiet most days. We cooked most nights and then hung out on one of the decks listening to the waves. After watching the sunset from the deck, we hopped into the hot tub. Ron was able to help with any questions and responded very quickly. The garage was turned into a game room, added bonus. Loved our stay and will definitely be back!

We loved this property. The lay-out of the house, to the beautiful views, location to the beach, and neighborhood. The house was well stocked and the beds were so comfortable. We had a wonderful relaxing weekend. The game room/ Ms. Pac-Man was a surprise and bonus. We will definitely be staying here, again. Thank you!

This is a beautiful home with a beautiful view in a nice, quiet neighborhood. My husband and I enjoyed our time here and had a relaxing stay. I would highly recommend.

We stayed at the property over an early April weekend. Check in was easy, and house was easy to navigate to. The interior of the house is remodeled, and has a very nice layout. The real attraction is the sweeping view of Lake Michigan out of the back windows. The property itself is on a bluff, and I didn't see any nearby access to the beach below. Location is close to both New Buffalo and Michigan City, which features several great dining options. Overall, highly recommend.
