Enjoy an unforgettable vacation getaway in this spacious, peaceful beach house in the quiet, wooded Michiana neighborhood, one block from Lake Michigan. This home is ideal for 3 families; 6 adults with children or a fun couples; girls weekend with something to offer for everyone. It is near and dear to the homeowners with the intention of opening its doors to other families to make lasting memories. With 6 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, a large great room with fireplace and cathedral ceiling, main floor living room with fireplace, and a kid-friendly lower level rec room there is plenty of room for everyone to be together or enjoy their own space and relax. The fully equipped kitchen opens to a large dining area with seating for 6-8 at the table. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large screened in porch (porch season is June - October) with loads of seating and a dining table. Step outside to the outdoor patio equipped with a gas grill and Blackstone griddle for your summer BBQ's. There is no shortage of things to do. Walk to Michigan's finest beaches to spend the day and go back for the beautiful sunsets, enjoy the huge yard (very rare to find) including a fenced in custom fire pit for s'mores, a sand volleyball court, green space for play and a trampoline! Guests can also enjoy - ping pong in the kids rec room, lily pad for beach fun, plenty of beach chairs, bags game, basketball hoop, board games on a rainy day and a golf cart included in your booking!Walk or take the golf cart to the newly renovated village playground equipped with new paddle courts. The hot tub is located indoors, just off the family room so you can enjoy a comfortable soak in any weather all year long! High-speed internet, cable TV and Sonos audio provide added entertainment. (Download the Sonos app to use this feature.). Located just a few minutes from downtown New Buffalo and Michigan City you are close to all the restaurants and shopping! Your stay includes: - all bed/bath linens and beach towels - all dishes/drinkware/silverware; house has a Keurig coffee maker and large urn ground coffee maker for multiple coffee drinkers - cookware and utensils - use of golf cart and beach chairs - starter set up of 1 roll of paper towels in kitchen and 1 roll of toilet paper in each bath - dish soap and dishwasher tabs - laundry supplies (laundry room with washer/dyrer) What you should plan to bring: - septic-safe toilet paper (we use Angel Soft brand) and additional paper goods as needed for your group - all food you need for cooking; including coffee. There is some pantry items; sugar, seasonings, salt, pepper, etc. - sunscreen and bug spray - fire wood for fire pit (can be purchased locally at grocery stores and gas stations) Other ~ No parties, no smoking, no pets Sleeps 3 families comfortably or 3 adult couples. 2 bedrooms have a King bed, 1 bedroom is a queen bed and the other 3 bedrooms are Full size beds ideal for teens, children or 1 adult max. *Please contact host with any questions and to book your stay.

Beautiful home perfect for multi-generational family stay. Enough room for everyone to have their own space and close to everything Grand Beach has to offer. Host was a great communicator and made our stay fantastic.

This house was perfect for our multi- generational family reunion. There was something for everyone ranging in age from 16-88. The home was very clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed, plus the added bonus of a golf cart with paddle board. Its very close to the beach and that made it extra enjoyable. The house was very spacious, allowing some alone for those that needed it. Our evenings consisted of ordering dinner in to enjoy the screened in dining area or outdoor fire pit area, fun outdoor games, and relaxing in the hot tub. The owner was very quick to respond to messages. I would definitely recommend this home for a fantastic stay.

The owner was very responsive to our requests. The house was clean and very well represented by the pictures. We had a wonderful long weekend. The screened porch was a great place to eat dinner. The kids loved the trampoline and the new park that was just 0.3 miles from the house. Having access to the golf cart made getting to the lake and the park easy. We went to Shedd’s Aquarium one day and spent the other days relaxing. We would definitely stay there again if we are in that area!
