The apartment consists of a large living area divided between the kitchen and a beautiful living room with sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) and a complete bathroom with shower.

Host was excellent in communication, provided every detail we needed. Location was very close to Duomo (can see it from street) and other attractions (Marketo Centrale, museum, etc). Also close to Santa Croce Piazza and off the beaten path restaurants (delicious). Location can be more active late at night due to restaurants and bars. Laundromat close by for drying clothes and inexpensive. Very spacious and comfortable. Would recommend and would stay again!Thankful for the elevator!!!

Property is ok. It's old as you may expect. The photos make it look a bit newer. It wasn't as clean as we typically like. The bathroom is remodeled and very clean. Very hot water. There were no amenities in kitchen so we had to buy coffee, paper towels, etc. The clothes washer didn't work so we use a local coin laundry. The property manager offered to send someone to repair it but it wasn't convenient for us. Communication with property manager was very good and he was friendly to work with.
