This was my second stay and I stayed for 5 nights room 5004. This was ONE of the best stays in Suva. The hotel has a great view and rooms are clean and well maintain staff are simply outstanding and Food for lunch and dinner was outstanding. Breakfast eggs cooked to perfection and variety available and breakfast inclusive to your stay. Free car park and so easy you have access to gate and you an come and go as you like. Staff are always willing to open the gate for you. I have found my stay in Suva and will always stay here as the place is so relaxing and nice with food and drinks available onsite and new sitting areas with BBQ dinner available while you dip in the pool. Room – well kept clean and if you can’t locate anything you can call reception, they will action your request asap. Housekeeping is doing a great job with keeping the room clean. Bed - great sleep each night with clean comfortable bed and pillow. AC – works well and keeps you at the right temperature. TV is not connected but its not an issue as you can read, take walks and rest so it does not matter. I highly recommend that you eat lunch or dinner and food cooked to your liking by chef who is great and makes sure your food is cooked to perfection. All staff kind, caring and always willing to assist you in your concerns and are very approachable. Bathroom - shower pressure is great with constant hot water and clean and well kept. Very glitzy, and majority of staff where great. How ever the breakfast options were the worst I have experienced in my 20 plus years of travelling and living in Fiji. In addition, we have paid for one room twice, and they refuse to refund so have stolen a considerable amount of our money.

We stayed in two rooms for 10 nights, but the TV was not available, the air conditioner and hair dryer were broken and left for several days, Bath towels with blood stains are of the same quality as bath mats, and bath mats are as heavy worn-out as dust clothes, also when I asked for a change of bath towels, they instructed me to bring them in reception for confirmation. One night, It couldn't flush the toilet and there was no hot or cold water in the shower in another day. As for the rooms make, beds are made up, but probably sheets are not changed. At breakfast, where the content is the same every day, Chinese employees are eating their meals while watching loud Chinese videos. Some friendly employees smile at us, but overall service to guests is very poor.

Poor breakfast, when power went off they don't have backup generator: no hot water to take shower, no elevator. For almost same price there are better hotels at Suva

Liked nothing Disliked the room which was dirty and lots of cockroaches crawling freely… room was never really cleaned during our stay even though we asked them to clean it everyday. Cups were never cleaned. Dead cockroaches were never removed. Worst hotel ever. Pathetic!!!

The cable was out the entire stay the room was ok but not as high as it was rated. the towels were thin and ragged. I had to buy a converter since none were available or provided.

Tv didnt work, resturant not open for lunch or dinner. Staff where helpful when our door ran out of batteries and wouldnt lock. Location is close to lots of things.

the bed was very firm. no hair dryer. the furnishings are as depicted in the photos. the pool was not very clean breakfast ok had to pay a $20 deposit which was refunded on departure after they check the room we wouldn't stay here again

Fridge did not work. Shower floods the bathroom floor because of its design. TV in room but no signal? Small issues, overall good room, clean and very friendly staff. Good value for money.

Stayed 3 nights. Never again. Particular Fijian female staff and security guard were rude. Told me I wasting their time when they opened the gate when I tried to park my car on the premises. Lower your expectations when you live there. Expensive but No television. Pathetic!

The toilet seat was broken as it would not stay on the toilet. The drain was plugged and the shower flooded the whole bathroom. Whomever disigned the bathroom shower was an amateur. The fridge didn't work and the the food was ok

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Tv wasn't working, no lunch or dinner offered even for purchase. But yet the owners had a private chef for themselves and would sit in the dining area for lunch and dinner. Breakfast was average. The area that this hotel is in is dangerous for tourists. Horrible place.

Owners had chef yet the guests didn’t have an option to dine in. The bed was not clean. Showers did not have curtain nor doors do the entire bathroom got wet after a shower

While the breakfast was average with eggs overcooked as it was left on hot plate and yes it was cooked like you needed it, with chicken sausage and some fruits and salad was the best on offer. Eat whatever you want policy. No machine coffee so gets your own. GBH is not far so I went there day. Staff - outstanding I can’t fault any staff at all. They went above and beyond to take care of you. So, to the owner you nailed it here with your recruitment. Housekeeping - provided on demand and once again outstanding, I could hear the supervisor, Sunita telling off the staff to make sure every room was perfect and was always on the go to check and correct. Rooms – Great size room with amazing hot shower flow and yes, I agree with oversize furniture but clean and well kept thanks to Housekeeping. Has a fridge and tea and coffee and AC was brilliant. Outside front garden has a pergola which is nice and is well lit up and grounds well maintained. Swimming pool onsite des not get much use but is clean and average size. I suggest you try it when in Suva and hopefully the food issue will be rectified. It has great location and walk to the park and seaside only takes 5 minutes so don’t miss out this place it’s a great place to stay with great price. Hotel is great for Chinese guest because you will be well looked after by the owner and chef with 3 meals prepared and only catered for Chinese guest and owner which meant while they had a feast for lunch/ dinner other guest no food for L/D

Nothing described right. Arriving on upper road have to walk down 12 steps, no handrail, to reception on 2. Can then enter through lower entrance for parking on 0 from lower street. Steep ramp or stairs to 1 floor with elevator. Oversized furniture but baby fridge. Wires in wall but no tv (as shown in pic). Must run water for long time to get hot. By then, bathroom floor flooded. Using bath mat and 2 towels couldn’t dry path to toilet. No hand towel. Good breakfast included but only instant coffee (which sat on top of non working commercial machine). NO restaurant, although there is large commercial kitchen that people were cooking in during lunch and dinner. Totally confused. Returning from dinner, lower gate was closed so had to climb steep hill on poor steps and then go down steps to lobby. Won’t return.

good city hotel with private parking. is apparently used by a lot of business visitors. it is very loud, bathroom next doors can be heard, some locals leave their door open and are on the phone late at night, friendly staff
