Good location, walking distance to otaru canal. Quiet neighbourhood with conveniently parking lots just next to the hotel.
Bed a bit soft for my liking. Not a lot of food options nearby the hotel.

- very friendly staff, speak good English
- good location, a few minutes walk to the canal and the central area, opposite the hotel there’s a convenience store
- bathroom very spacious, water pressure is strong
- the room is smaller than I expected, probably because the bathroom is huge and take quite some space. There isn’t enough space to leave luggages fully open, otherwise it’ll block the walkway passage
- the beside charging is USB-A only, no USB-C
- there was a drilling sound at 6am the day I stayed there
- no good vanity area for makeup. The toilet lights are top lights, which is not suitable for makeup. I did my makeup at the table in the room, but there’s no privacy because my room window is directly facing the lobby, and I have to leave the curtains open for natural light when doing makeup.
