Excellent location near the seafront in Mumbles. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Very well proportioned property with 3 excellent double bedrooms. Everything there to make your stay comfortable

Location was ideal. Easy access to groceries, the town center and water front.
Host was very responsive to messages, answering in a timely manner.
No explanation of all the remotes that were available. It was confusing as to what was what.
Free parking was great but a little tight to get into when another car was already present.

The location of the property is close to amenities, and we slept well in a very quiet location. Off street parking provided albeit with tight access.
We really liked the Mumbles, lots of interesting walks, especially the promenade and coastal paths. Really nice shops and eateries.
Property had lots of issues such as dirty carpets, damaged sofa, slow to drain bath and sink, lack of information. Advertised as sea view which is true from the side of the property but not from the rooms you actually spend time in.
