It was very well cleaned, there was plenty of toilet roll. The host let us check luggage in early which was great, he was very friendly! We liked that it had air conditioning.
It was noisy at night as it’s opposite a railway track, I would avoid if you are a light sleeper. There were some flies around the sink in the kitchen and bathroom.

We stayed for four nights at ComfyStay Old Town. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of the historic centre, St. Mary’s Basilica, and the Jewish quarter of Kazimierz. It is the perfect accommodation for two couples or a family with children.
The host is very friendly and welcoming. The apartment is pleasant, cosy, and inviting, and right on the ground floor you have easy access to a café, shops, and public transport stops.
Located just 10–15 minutes from the train station, 10–15 minutes from Kraków’s Main Market Square, and 10–15 minutes from the Kazimierz district, this place is simply perfect. It has all the amenities you need and is both comfortable and welcoming.
