The cleanness and the location.
The smell of humidity and the check out policy. The check out time is 10 a.m and you have a to do list before you can check out: remove all bed linen, sort out garbage and take outside the building, load and unload the dishwasher (the short program is 30 minutes). With children it becomes stressful to manage all that in time.

Die Lage und die Ausstattung. Außerdem war der Kontakt zur Vermieterin sehr freundlich und verbindlich. Sie reagierte sofort.
Es war schwierig mit dem Hund eine geeignete Gassi Runde zu finden in der Umgebung.
