L'appartamento è moderno e dotato di molti confort; è adatto anche per 4 persone data la presenza di un letto matrimoniale e due singoli, è abbastanza vicino al centro e poco distante dalla spiaggia sul lago.

Il gestore dell'appartamento è poco disponibile durante il soggiorno in caso di necessità. Non sono curati i dettagli della pulizia e sono presenti poche stoviglie. Ascensore assente.
