Just perfect - highly recommended

Linda estancia con la familia en la granja

El bungalow estuvo muy cómodo, tranquilo, cuenta con una terraza privada con mesita. La cercanía con los animales de la granja y los juegos ideal para la familia.

La piscina estaba fría. La televisión estaba un poco dañada la imagen.

Exterior lindo. Mal olor en la habitación

El espacio exterior es hermoso hermoso. Precioso para pasar un rato agradable y distraerse.

El olor a cañería de la habitación/ cabaña. Realmente nos afectó el mal olor. Utilizamos el ambientador entero del vehículo para mitigarlo pero no. Necesita una revisión y que tapen el desagüe del baño.

Lugar para desconectarte de todo y cerca a la ciudad

Me encantó estar tan cerca de los animales y la paz que se siente en todo el lugar. La prolijidad en la limpieza de las instalaciones al aire libre. La comida y la atención del.personal es excelente.

Podrían mejorar con la ventilación periódica de las habitaciones, hay un olor a "encerrado" y un poco a húmedo en la habitación, cosa que no pasa en el resto de instalaciones.

A lovely and interesting place to stay if you like animals and gardens.

I loved all the animals and ambience of the place. Service was fine, breakfast tasty and great to be picked up at the airport.

The water for the shower was not really warm.

Best stay after 6 weeks in Ecuador

I travelled around Ecuador for 6 weeks and I stayed here at the very end of my trip. So i can comfortably say that this was the very best and nicest place i‘ve stayed in. Hugo and the staff were just lovely and the food at the restaurant was one of the best I had in the country.

A lovely stay

An accommodation that feels like an experience. We enjoyed the quiet and the beauty of the farm. And had a very comfy room. Our host was nice to arrange a taxi from and to the airport.

Cute, hospitable stay near the airport

Great communication prior to arrival. Dinner options on site, which is great because there isn’t anything nearby. Very kind people, clean room, spacious area. Breakfast is included, which was plentiful, and they arranged a taxi to take me to the airport. So convenient to the airport. Would stay again!

If you’re not a morning person or don’t have ear plugs, know that this is a farm and has a rooster that crows in the morning.

Wonderful stay on a beautiful family-owned farm

This is a family-owned business that is also a farm. I stayed on my own this visit and LOVED it but it was very apparent that this would also be an incredible place to stay with the whole family. There are heaps of friendly, adorable, silly farm animals, lots of space on the beautiful property, there are lots of opportunities for play - trampoline, swings, see-saw, and more. The owners were so gracious in helping me find my way, helping me to arrange transportation to and from the airport, and very accommodating during my stay. I had an incredible homemade dinner after arriving (I arrived fairly late in the evening), a lovely, fresh breakfast in the morning, and got to tour the property. I stayed here during "off-days" where many of their staff are off and the primary kitchens were not open and I still had incredible meals. After breakfast, I took a tour of the property. After I greeted the animals and completed my walk around the farm, one of the family members (I'm terrible with names, I apologize! I believe her name is Jessie) set up a hammock for me in the yard where I had the perfect split of sunshine and shade to read my book and watch all the animals cruising around. I will absolutely stay here again as I do anticipate coming back to Ecuador as soon as possible. I highly recommend this place for all travelers - solo, couples, families, and all!

Wonderful family that goes above and beyond

All of the staff were so kind and wonderful! Hugo personally picked us up and took us to our return flight. Our dinner was wonderful and Hugo even arranged a driver to take us to old town Quito and to bring us back.

Unique Hotel and experience

I really liked the family run hotel. They take pride in their place. They went out of their way to make our stay great. The hotel is different and that is what makes it an experience. They have a farm of rescued animals. They were a blast to interact with. They also have a fantastic restaurant. They will pick you up from the airport.

I liked the rustic look, but those who are used to same old same old look of Marriott's may not.

Very good

A good choice to stay near the airport, with excellent breakfasts, friendly staff, a restaurant plus a little farm and petting zoo. The owner speaks excellent English and he's very helpful and transfered me to the airport personally. I slept very well.

Very noisy throughout the weekend due to the busy restaurant which surprised me as all the reviews say it's quiet and peaceful. Perhaps weekdays are quieter.

Superb

This property was a small working farm. Hugo & his wonderful coworkers raise ducks, geese, chickens, alpacas (with the expected attitude), cattle, a horse & donkey, as well as Luna & Oscar, the affectionate dog helpers. They had multiple comfortable bedrooms with private updated shower facilities, and shared living areas (living rooms decorated in 50s theme with musical “hi-fi” & electric organ. the dining room had a fire place for cool nights and outdoor patio area…the chef’s creations were boundless! We felt safe & content after a scary week in Quito filled with one horrendous experience after another. Hugo took care of us as if we were family & even personally drove us to the airport the next morning. I wish we had escaped the city earlier! thank you Hugo. We will recommend you forever John & Brenda Southampton, Ontario, Canada

A quiet little family farm with great service, nice rooms and fantastic food. The room was much larger than expected and the property is lovely. We spent two days and got to walk around in the neighborhood. What a beautiful spot to hang out for airport stops. The breakfast and lunch were amazing! We will definitely be back.

The shower was tricky to get hot water but it eventually worked. If they were to change anything adding a mini fridge would make this a great place for longer stays. We didn't want to leave! 😅

Close to airport (with a car), eclectic, authentic, comfortable.

Fabulous old building with family history. Very nice, helpful family running the place. Amazing breakfast with farm-fresh food (from the property!). Friendly animals to enjoy.

The plumbing can be complicated. New establishment is ironing out kinks.

Happiest place near the Quito airport - and possibly on earth!

The owner greeted me as soon as I was dropped off. She was friendly and showed me to my room immediately. The room was clean and lovely. I then walked around the farm and among the happy animals. What a joyous and wonderful experience. Staying here was simply magical. It was the perfect sport to decompress after a long trip throughout Ecuador. I sat in the middle of the yard and played with the dogs while watching the dinner feeding routine. The owner's son spoke perfect English and was super helpful in helping me order dinner which was served in my room AND assisted in getting me a Taxi to the airport at 3:30 AM. The Taxi was promptly waiting for me at the gate and I was escorted out to meet the driver. 100 out of 10 stars for me! PS: They do offer transport from the airport at a very discounted rated. The owner will send a message via Booking.com - be sure to check the app notifications (I didn't and paid twice the amount - still only $14)

There is nothing I didn't like. Well maybe instructions for the shower :) It had 6 nozzles and shiny knobs making it challenging to understand where the water would shoot out of. I never did figure out the hot water - so cold shower for me that one night. It was a happy sacrifice I was willing to make for a wonderful stay

The perfect stay for animal lovers!

I loved our stay on the farm, it was wonderful to experience and everything was super easy and clean. Hugo picked us up from the airport to which was a massive help, I would 100% recommend and have to friends.
