Very good communication, very easy check-in and out, good reliable heating system. Plus, everything new, cosy, clean and as on pictures. The house has lots of character and the attic is any children's dream. The location is charming, small village close to the Loire and lots to see within an hour's range!

Two doors need a nail to close properly, coat hanger would be practical, a bigger kettle also and walls still dusty from building works. All super small points which I'm sure Charlotte will have addressed in no time.
