The staff are very friendly and helpful. Shout out to Eunice at front desk for being very cordial and proactive.
The hotel is located at a quiet corner, away from other busy establishments.
The shower fixture, sink (slow draining) and bidet leaking needs some fixing. No dishwashing soap provided

I liked the location for why we were there. It was ok for a place to sleep while attending a event at SMX Clark.
They had a buffett breakfast wasn't worst food just not food I would normally eat if I fixed my own breakfast.

It was not overcrowded The gentleman that secured. The front doors were always welcoming and kind along with the front desk staff. The cleaning staff were always very kind when we saw each other. We enjoyed that there was dishes and a microwave in a stove top for our use. However, it said that it came with soap to clean the dishes, but we couldn’t find any. There was a stocked refrigerator with drinks, including alcohol. The bed, even though it was a little hard for our taste was pretty comfortable and we enjoyed the pillows. The TV was worthless. We couldn’t figure out how to use it unless we logged into our YouTube account. And we did like that the VFW was right next-door for us to relax in and have our breakfast and dinner.
We wish that there was a more modern bidet for the toilet. The hose next to the toilet and you having to use it was very uncomfortable along with not being able to flush the toilet paper down the toilet. We had constant gnats in our room, people were coming and going at all hours of the night and didn’t know how to be quiet in the hallways and there was a lot of construction happening throughout the day. The roof was being worked on and we were on the top floor so the banging was quite loud and made it uncomfortable because we were in our room most of the day. The cleaning staff were very friendly however they did not come around to refill sanitized water daily, and when it was requested to have room service, they would miss things like sweeping the floor, refilling the shampoo, although they left a lot of extra soap, the plug in the bathroom did not work for my curling iron and had to be done out by the kitchen. The room had a really strange smell to it constantly.
