Fantastic property. Very cosy. Would definitely go again.
Shower had no temperature control. Too hot.

Everything was made really easy by the owner, with good communication. The place itself was in a nice quiet area and although a 30 min walk from the centre of York, it was really easy to get around,with a nearby bus stop with regular busses. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable and we would definitely recommend ๐

The home from home feeling. Very nice decor. Well equipped kitchen. Light and bright. Comfortable beds. Outside space was a bonus. Everything you need for a few days or longer. The welcome bubbly and nibbles were a lovely surprise. Would highly recommend ๐
My only niggle was the occasional noise of the trains which were adjacent to the property. I am a light sleeper, unfortunately, so I did hear them during the night. If you're a heavy sleeper it shouldn't be a problem.
