This is the second time we stayed here in 2 weeks.
Good bed, large room, good shower water pressure and water drainage
Location is perfect: opposite side of Central Pattaya mall.
Cleaning can be better: finger prints on glas, the metal part of the furniture in the bathroom lets loose, attention should be paid.

Good bed with four pillows and a spacious bathroom equipped with body lotion, toothbrushes, slippers, a bathrobe, and other amenities. The water pressure is perfect, and the drainage works very well.
Fresh towels are provided every day. The swimming pool on the top floor is very nice, although the sun loungers are not very practical and there is no shade.
Reliable internet.
The cleanliness could be improved. For a five-star hotel, it is not quite at the standard you would expect. There were fingerprints from previous guests on the glass and dried water marks on the bathroom glass. There was also only one chair on the balcony, and no clothes-drying rack or line.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and are definitely going to come back!

The room was very spacious, clean, modern, and comfortable. The location is excellent, very close to Central Pattaya Mall, within walking distance of the beach, and near most restaurants, shops, and major attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooftop pool was also a great feature.
The Wi-Fi was unstable and frequently disconnected, requiring me to re-enter the username and password several times. Also, the corridors leading to the rooms are not air-conditioned, which can be uncomfortable in Pattaya’s hot and humid weather.
Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would definitely stay here again. 9/10 ⭐️

Location and room
The staff are not interested in providing a experience, they look bored , constantly on their phones, the pool area, zero shade, pool bar very poor, very uninviting, breakfast nothing to get excited about, the bedroom was the best part of the whole place, definitely won’t stay again, stayed in the Hilton opposite, that’s why it costs more, because it’s so much better.
