The room and bathroom is nicely furnished and very clean. The common kitchen is well equipped, there is also a microwave oven. The host was flexible about check-in, I arrived later than the specified check-in interval, but there was no problem.
My room was facing the main road, it was quite noisy. The entrance gate is a bit narrow, be careful when driving through it (I had no problem with a compact car).
