Beautiful spacious and well-equipped home for large family or friends traveling together. Quiet location off the main roads but still close enough to be convenient. Kitchen had plenty of dishes and pots and pans to cook full meals at home. Appreciate access to washer/dryer. We had an issue with one of the lights outside and the property manager responded promptly and even came on site to see what needed to be done

Not much not to like. Two rooms had a little step that was not obvious and could be a trip hazard. Would be nice to have nightstand lamp in each bedroom

the property is in great shape with nice amenities and appliances. the beds were all very comfy with nice linens, and the small things were taken care of at the property. It was as pictured.

This property is not suitable for somebody with accessibility needs. There is uneven, non-paved terrain and many steps in order to access the house. Exterior lighting is not automatic at night. Gardeners came at 8:30AM and stayed for over an hour with loud leaf blowers outside our bedroom.

the setting is beautiful- serene, although really close to the road between Calistoga and Santa Rosa. also, if you’ve got T-mobile, you’ve got zero signal there. so you’re reliant on Wi-Fi. The supplies for the stay (dish soap, laundry, quality of sheets/blankets/bedding/furniture, etc) was fantastic.

the only snafu was that the power people came out and disconnected the power for the house for several hours without warning… and no Wi-Fi meant no way to let the management company know what was going on. thankfully, it came back on after several hours.
