Central location, comfortable bed good temperature control.
As we said before we found trash with hair still in the bathroom and we had to clean it . we reported it to the owners which they agreed to give us a discount of 30 pounds if we let Booking.com know . We did that several times, but we still haven’t received an answer from Booking.com still waiting for the credit.

Jacobite House was in the exact middle of everything we wanted to see in Inverness and then only a short walk to the bus stops/station to take us elsewhere.
Nothing really, just that our room was on the 3rd floor (for American purposes) but even that wasn’t awful.

The room was clean and tidy very quaint
Would have been good to know there is no lift. Carried a 25kg suitcase up to the top floor up the stairs and definately a challenge bringing that back down the stairs. Thankfully had my brother in law with me to help lift the luggage, would be difficult if I was on my own. If I had known I was on the top floor and no lift I would have only grabbed clothes and toiletries for the one night stay. Parking was quite a distance, parked at the train station, be prepared for a bit of a walk back to the accommodation.
