I enjoyed the staff everyone was extremely nice. The bed were super comfortable. Everything was very clean. The rooms are a great size. The pool is why we booked here and it was enjoyable for my granddaughter and I.For the most part we loved our stay.
The fire alarm going off once at 2am and once at 7am and all day one day. I was there for 10 days so 3 days of faulty alarms wasn't too bad. My granddaughter is sensitive to alarms and goes into a panic for hours afterwards.

Clean and quiet. Decent breakfast.
WIfi didn't work in the room. Only in the lobby.

Bed and pillows were comfortable.
Very limited breakfast items. No napkins one morning. When requesting I was told they were out. Dirt on floors in lobby.
No washcloths in room until I requested them.
Only decaf coffee in rooms. When requesting I was told I could get regular coffee downstairs. Staff sat at breakfast tables frequently.
