everything.. the elevator didn’t work. it was disgusting from top to bottom. didn’t get no rest bc of the filth on top of the couple next door arguing. we might as well all been in the same room. we left at 5 am. like what was the point. slept in our clothes bc the sheets n pillowcases were dirty. overall I could’ve slept in my car. money water. booking.com needs they ass whooped for this. it’s a trap house

everything. the staff is rude, they are inconsiderate, they treat their guests with absolutely no respect. There was multiple big ass roaches.

It was just a place to sleep for the night that was close to the venue of the Wedding we attended.

The front office was staffed late. I was on the third floor and I don't do stairs too well, so an elevator was nice. They were supposed to serve breakfast but I finally got to sleep and got up late.

Got to the hotel after 10pm and it was actually noisy. I couldn't sleep. There was a club/bar across the street and the band/DJ was playing their music really loud. I was on that side of the hotel. Missed breakfast if it was served. I don't know if it's a romantic area.

the worst stay of my life. smelt horrific. and was called out an hour early but I was grateful to find an hotel room.

the bathroom was nice. smelt like smoke. caught pink eye the next morning. killed a roach crawling on the wall. no breakfast . overall the worst hotel I have ever purchased in my life. terrible disappointed in McKinney Tx. thought you’d were better than. that. hope you fix the elevator and do better

It’s a place I will not go back to the staff was very friendly and helping. That’s the only good thing I can say is that

there wasn’t really anything I liked about the property

There was trash all out in the parking lot people that were there not renting The rooms were in and out. It looked more like a prostitute property.

Very Disappointed & Unsafe.

the night clerk was nice.

Got to the hotel at 7pm and the Lobby was warm and I asked if the Air Conditioner was working and he said yes. Requested 1st floor room because of my back.....none were available when I got there. Once in the Room - very apparent that the AC was not working - the phone wasn't plugged in (found the phone cord later that evening & plugged it in)- so I went back downstairs. - he came to my room = he made sure the AC was turned on correctly - promised it worked - I slept the night on top of the bed with NO cover - it was warm. Around 11:30 he knocked again and asked if I was smoking - which I wasn't - I have respiratory issues. I agreed, I could smell something. When I pointed out that the top 2nd lock didn't work - he said that the deadbolt was all I needed. that the staff only had a key to my room. I wedged the chair under the handle to try to 2nd lock it. Very disappointed in this hotel.

Tub faucet leaked. The NO VISITORS policy I understand, but was a bit much since my boyfriend lived in the apartment complex next door and it would have been nice to have him check on my cat while I was at work.
