The room was nice and clean, the bed is very comfortable..I'm in a room across the street I have stayed before my room then was in the main building of the cafe..I was a bit worried I would not hear the river below in my room this time but it was great I could still hear it but you don't see it but it's so relaxing to hear it! So pleased with the staff, Everyone was very helpful & kind..Food at the cafe was very good (excellent coffee btw).. Delicious homemade desserts too..I would again highly recommend this place to others ..I will definitely come back..I was also so excited to see that the river flow was amazing due to all the rain we had this past spring.. Kakopetria is a beautiful village and this place Galinicafe 22 is a 10/10.
I liked everything! ☺️

Great location in old kakopetria
Clean room
Great breakfast
We had two rooms on opposite sides of the road which was a bit inconvenient
No teabags provided until we phoned to ask
Had to ask for internet code too
Shower extremely small
All a bit basic but ok for one night

Good location. There’s a river right outside the window, and you can always hear it — especially nice at night.
I couldn’t get the Wi-Fi password, so I had no internet. The host never showed up and didn’t answer my calls or messages — very poor service. The room is also much smaller than it looks in the photos, really tiny.
