Staff was wonderful. Room was large and clean with two sinks. Parking was wonderful with a spot for our car and u-haul. Walking distance to all the attractions and Sky Bridge. Quiet room. Our fire alarm needed a new battery when we arrived and the staff came immediately to fix it. My only complaint was that the water didn’t drain from the shower very well so I had to stand in water while I showered. I would recommend this hotel and stay there again.

Love to stay here place is convenient for walking the strip in Gatlinburg close to food and shops easy to get to rooms are spacious and nice
