Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit. No loud noise at nighttime. The flat was easy to get to and the parking area was big enough for our full size truck to maneuver. The apartment was clean, modern, and inviting. There was comfortable space for everyone and our stuff, to include baby gear like a pac and play and stroller. We all had a great time and 10/10 would recommend for any size party (tbqh all i could think about was coming back for a girls weekend).

We had two families in the house with plenty of room and beds for all. Three bathrooms made it easy to survive with four teenage girls. The house was only a few minutes walk from a trolley stop so we never had to deal with Nashville traffic. It was perfect for a little getaway!

This house was fantastic. Well taken care of. Within walking distance to all the act. We had a friend's weekend and found this place perfect for our needs. Amy was great and easy to communicate with for any questions that we had. Thanks for allowing us to stay.

Feels unconventional as you check-in but this place was perfect for my friends and I during the CMA festival.

House was clean and the beds were comfy. It was close to broadway only about $8 Uber ride. I didn’t like all the glass doors especially in the bathrooms, there’s zero privacy. Also I was jolted awake at 6am with hammering by whoever lives below. The construction all around us started at 7am and was EXTREMELY loud. It was fine for one night passing through but I wouldn’t be able to do that for a whole trip.

One of the first photos was front of house., but that is not part of of the rental entrance only to identify house. You proceed to behind house to less than appealing parking/ porch/steel doors/older porch steps enclosed. However, the photo of the back parking lot and entrance are not what I was expecting. Didn’t scroll to photo 42. I did feel safe and the inside is as described just think your entrance should be more obvious.

The construction next door starts around 6:45 am and sounds like they our working on your house – there is no way a normal person could sleep through the noise (tractors, forklifts, pounding and talking) The outside of the house is poorly kept but the inside is nice and clean. There is no freezer or ice, which is disappointing if you like cocktails or want to buy ice cream etc. The TV has no channels. You need to stream one of your apps to watch regular TV or movies etc. The house has no closets, and the bedroom and bathroom doors are glass. Even though the glass isn’t clear you can clearly see the silhouette of the person dressing or using the bathroom. Not a great place if you like to cook, the area is small and not well stocked with cooking utensils. There are two flights of steep stairs, so it is a little difficult getting your baggage up and down the enclosed staircase. There is a normal cleaning fee, but you are also required to wash your towels and strip the beds and do all dishes before you leave.
