This spacious apartment is just 25 minutes from Downtown San Diego. Perfect for an enjoyable, peaceful and relaxing stay in your own private space. Ideal for travelers exploring the San Diego area. Spacious, sunny, and tranquil apartment provides kitchen, and bath, you will have the entire apartment to yourself, giving you lots of privacy and comfort. The space Spacious 1st floor apartment. Parking is just a few steps away from the apartment Once in the apartment, it will feel like home-away-from-home, spacious and private, and has an open floor plan. The bathroom is small with a shower. Bedroom has 2 queen beds and can sleep 4 if beds are shared. The apartment has a Roku T.V. and common streaming apps. The kitchen has a refrigerator, cooktop range, microwave, coffee maker, cooking utensils, pots & pans, bowls, and things you would need to cook a small meal. The apartment is close to everything, within a short drive. There are tons of things - museums, the zoo safari park, Sea World, a Legoland, Carlsbad field of flowers. 5-to-10-minute drive to local dining, groceries, and retail (Brigantine, Burger Bench, Bellamy’s, Plan 9 Alehouse, Mi Guadalajara, Cute Cakes, A Delight of France, Vons, Trader Joes, Jimbo’s, Major Market etc.). 2 mins from Felicita Park 5 mins from Downtown Escondido 8 minutes from Orfila Vineyards & Winery 10 minutes from Lake Hodges 13 minutes from San Diego Zoo Safari Park 15 mins from Cordiano Winery 15 minutes to Palomar Hospital 20 minutes to Cal State University San Marcos 30 mins from Legoland 30 mins from Sea World 30 minutes to downtown San Diego. The space is spacious and peaceful and I look forward to hosting you! Other things to note I am on site and can provide support as needed or requested. Host lives on site and will be on the property but not in your living/apartment area. You may see us outside in common areas. No parties or events. No day visitors are allowed on the property at any time without communication to the host, for liability reasons. All guests staying overnight must be part of the initial reservation. NO EXCEPTIONS will be made.

Drive down a long private driveway to this quiet, private, very spacious first floor unit. The nice owners are right next door to promptly help with any qustions you might have. After flying from the East Coast we appreciated the bottled water in the fridge and some snacks that were also provided. The climate control was great, beds and couch were comfy & there was plenty of shelf space and storage available. The MBR closet is huge as is the laundry room and the open floor plan is a plus. Desk area, large dining room table and kitchen island with 2 bar stools provide plenty of work space. There are multiple USB ports available. A county park is within walking distance if you don't mind the hills. The water pressure in the shower is fantastic; the only draw-back is the approximately 30 inch by 30 inch shower. It's pretty tight if you're 6 feet, 190 pounds or larger. Other than that, you'll enjoy your relaxing stay. We would definitely request this property again if we are in the San Diego area.

This was a fantastic place to stay. The communication with the host was exceptional. The place was in a great location, was very clean, and there were extra amenities. There was a nearby park with great hiking and birding. Would highly recommend staying here.

Check in was easy and Yvonne is on top of things. The batteries in the door lock were low and she had them changed out immediately.. Will definitely stay again
