Other Things to Note: Upon booking we will send you a full e-sign rental agreement (electronic agreement and signature), which must be completed and signed within 24 hours, along with a photo ID of the primary renter. All guests staying on the property must be listed along with ages of each guest. For security purposes only, there are several outdoor cameras on the property. They cover the gate as well as front entry of the home, the back doors of the home, the covered palapa and pool area as well as the garage. There are no cameras in the home and all outdoor cameras are aimed away from the interior of the home to protect privacy. Interaction with Guests: The property is set up for self-check-in, however, someone will be available remotely to show you how to use the various features either at check-in or shortly thereafter.
