Perfect summer house in good condition with sea view in Sandvik on Öland! Here it is only 75m down to the beautiful pebble beach and 100m to the sandy beach. Sandvik is a marine idyll where the sea, Alvaret, the sun and the winds meet. The well-preserved old fishing camp has developed into the charming popular guest harbor/resort it is today. You have a sea view from the whole house, even in the pleasant sauna, which has a window facing Sandvik's harbour. Nice, large terrace facing the sea with outdoor furniture a grill where you can enjoy your evenings. Here you can see the sun as it sets so beautifully into the sea. You sleep well in a smaller double bed of 1.40 and in a single bed. Kitchenette with 2 hotplates, microwave, kettle and coffee maker and fridge with icebox. Small bathroom with shower and sauna. Blue-tooth speaker are available. The house is next to the owners' summer house with a wall that separates it, but please note that they park their car next to your house on the side of the balcony. Here you can enjoy taste experiences with a fantastic view at Sandviks Fisk och Hamnkök and Strandbaden right down by the beach. The popular Sandviks brygga serves lunch and dinner with a view of the harbor entrance. You also have the largest windmill in the Nordic region, Sandviks Kvarn, where Öland specialties such as kroppkakor and lufsa are served, but also pizza and kebab. There is mini golf and a trampoline for the children, as well as a museum where you can explore the tall mill. Or why not enjoy a gelato from Gelato Öland by the harbor. It is 3.5 miles to Byxelkrok, which is also a really nice holiday paradise, here you can enjoy strolling around the small shops down by the boathouses or enjoy a bite to eat in one of the many restaurants. It is 3 miles to Böda's wide sandy beaches, which are well worth a visit for those who want to enjoy sun and swimming. To Borgholm, where there is a larger selection and much to explore, you have 3 miles.
