A lovely apartment in a very quiet residential neighbourhood. We had the ground floor apartment; 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds) kitchen/diner with L shaped sofa and shower room. There was a large covered terrace at the front with a table and chairs and a handy washing line. The kitchen has plenty of crockery and cooking pans. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of hanging space.
A lovely older lady was there to meet us, she spoke no English but it was fine! We took an Uber to the apartment but it’s only 10 mins walk to the nearest beach and 15 mins walk to the old town bridge. Both walks are fairly flat and on footpaths or quiet streets. All the beaches in the area are sandy and the sea is shallow. There are free showers every few 100 metres. There are beach bars near the car park for drinks, burgers and pizzas (Papa’s is great!).
After checking out we were able to leave our bags with Paulina so we could enjoy our last morning before tour afternoon flight. Our host replied quickly to messages.

Owner was very nice, everything was ready on our arrive. The owner was helpful if we need something during stay. property was clean and comfy. the beach is up to 5min walk, really great. I really recommend to stay. If we will come to this location, I will try to make reservation here.
Nothing special. Air condition is in the kitchen, so you need to wait a bit until the rooms with beds are cooled, but it is not serious bad limitation fort the apartment.

Die Gastgeberin wird in diesen Jahr 90 Jahre alt. Unglaublich liebe Dame die uns Blumen hinstellte und uns einfach machen lies.
Wir hatten alles Nötige für den Aufenthalt zur Verfügung. Der wunderschöne Strand ist sehr nah. Am Abend ein schöner Spaziergang zum Städchen Nin.
Zum Empfehlen! Danke für die schöne Zeit ❤️ Wir kommen wieder.
Älteres Haus und Inventar. Mir hat es nichts ausgemacht da alles sehr sauber war. Die protzigen Neubauten und die extrem teueren Apartments will ich gar nicht unterstüzen. Ich bleib lieber 10 Tage bescheid als drei Tage protzig am Meer 😅
