Camera pulita, con tutto quello che serve persino acqua fresca, caffè e altro, in una zona comoda. Personale gentilissimo e super disponibile.

Posizione buona e buona la pulizia. Preciso che il titolare mi ha accontentata circa la mia richiesta di un materasso in memory e questo non è da poco per la sottoscritta.
Riguardo la stanza e l'arredo, sinceramente non è tenuta molto bene. Le mura sono rovinate ed anche quelle del bagno riportano crepe ovunque e muffa. Il bagno peraltro è separato dalla stanza e non molto confortevole. Inoltre l'appartamento è ad un piano seminterrato e questo chiaramente non permette alla stanza di avere una finestra e luce. La finestra è misera e la stanza buia.
Pertanto il prezzo proposto non lo ritengo equo.
