매우 청결하고 조용하여 휴식과 힐링 할 수 있었으며 주변 편의시설 및 맛집도 많이있어 여러모로 숙박에 유용했습니다.
숙박 중 "엘리베이트 점검" 중이었는데 고층에서 1층까지 비상계단을 통해 내려왔어요. 최소한 고객들 편의를 위해 엘리베이트 앞에 어떤 상황인지 안내공지 및 어떻게 어디 방향에 비상계단이 있는지 조금은 디테일 하게 안내하셨으면 하는 아쉬움과 비상계단를 통해 내려가던 중 침대시트(세척물 및 내용물)가 층간계단마다 방치되어 있어 솔직히 조금 불결하면서도 내려오는 과정에도 불편했습니다.눈에 보이는 부분보다 보이지 않은 곳까지 고객의 서비스를 위해 신경써 주시길 바랍니다.
