The location and security level, especially at the compound entrance, many good options for food and one grocery shop, I recommend the 1980 cafe they have a good coffee with breakfast . Uber serves are available from the compound.
Extremely high security level to enter the compound during the weekends which will make your entry quite challenging because of traffic, the property will provide you with single entry cods every day , so make sure you request more codes .

I had an amazing experience staying at The Boulevard apartment in Mivida Compound. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations.

شكرا للطاقم المسئول عن الشقة وسرعة الاستجابه
طبعا انا دايما اسكن في مفيدا ودي من الشقق النظيفه
والموقع تحفه
تسجيل الدخول او الخروج سلس جدا
استرداد التامين سريع جدا ولازم يكون كاش 100 دولار.
ارسال الباركود سريع جدا بس لازم تتصل عليهم للتذكير قبل 12 ليلا
اقامتي كانت جيده لكن الي ضايقني شي واحد ويعتبر لي جدا مهم
لا يوجد ستاير بلاك اوت لحجب الشمس
تواصلت معاهم وقت الحجز وقال متوفره
وتواصلت مع المسئول عن الشقه في اخر يوم لي وذكرت النقطه دي وكان نفس الرد بانه يوجد وانه سوف يتم ابلاغ الشركه وتغييرها حسب ما ذكرت
لكن فعليا الموجود ستاره وليس بلاك اوت وهناك لبس في الموضوع
لكن على وجه العموم شاكر ومقدر على مستوى النظافه والفرش والموقع والتعامل السهل
لن يكون اول تعامل لي معهم انشالله
ذكرت التجربه بالتفصيل
ومسأله البلاك اوت مختلفه بين الاشخاص لكن اعيد واكرر
الموجود فقط ستاير وليست عازله للشمس
