Location is ok.
1. Condition of the homestay 2/10. Not as expected rooms, bed, toilet, aircond & others facilities really frustrated. Looks like the homestay just or not finish renovated.
2. Owner or host unreachable. No briefing at all on the homestay eg parking etc
3. Rm100 Compound parking by suria jaya.
4. Not suitable for family
5. Stated homestay ibu with pool but where is the pool.

nightmare !
i dont like at all
the real nightmare is bila ada orang duduk this homestay. bukan nak tutup periuk nasi orang. tapi terlalu bad service ye.
1) the homestay is so smelly. bau najis. sangat tidak menyenangkan ye. masuk masuk dah dapat first expectation yang teruk. i swear, i will not repeat again after this.
2) the bed. what kind of bed that you serve us. the spring is out. mencucuk time tidur. allahu. sakit belakang yee. cadar pun i tk sure laa basuh ke tk. sebab ada kesan tompokan macamtu. datang dari jauh untuk rehat, tapi dapat service macamni :(
3) the refrigerator also disturbing. sebab tiba tiba air keluar dari bawah. aiyoooo. dahla dapur tu sempit. meleleh pula air. i dont understand at all.
4) the wifi. bila tengah survey homestay ofc cari yang ada wifi. sebab travel duduk homestay pun nak buat kerja kan. sadly, the wifi is not available. bila text owner, owner cakap guest sebelum ni terambil cable. then ? is that my problem ? cari laa inisiatif untuk beli cable or what. owner letak wifi tapi tk boleh guna. what a joke man
5) the service before check in. you know what, hari kejadian i dont get any text or email abt the instruction to check in. aduiii. i sendiri yang kena text n tanya the yada yada. hello ? buat apa you letak your property on bokking or agoda apps if youre not alert yang ada guest akan masuk. pls pls pls alert n improve your service. nama je ibu homestay, orang melayu tapi out of service. i ni kemain tau cari homestay orang melayu, sebab nak tolong bangsa sendiri instead of bangsa lain. pls ye take note apa yang orang dah comment or review.
6) the television also problem. we cannot see clearly. asyik lack jee. i come with my family. ofc i nak diaorang chill rehat rehat sambil watching television. but at the end, semua duduk diam.
