We stayed in the low season and were the only guests there for most of the week we were there. I think that was why we were given an upgrade to a suite which made our stay very comfortable. This hotel is about a 15-minute drive from the centre of Hua Hin, which might be a problem for some people, but was perfect for us as we needed to be in that part of town. There's a floating market next door which has a few food options for lunch (but wasn't open in the evening). I cannot praise the owners enough! They were so hospitable to us the whole time we were there (with the help of Google Translate) with breakfast served on our balcony each morning. They did offer a western style breakfast but we went for the rice soup (plentiful and tasty), along with fried eggs, toast, tea, yoghurt, and fruit. We ate there in the evening a couple of times as well, and the food was great. We'll be going back to Hua Hin in a few months and plan to stay here again.
Nothing. We loved it!

Location. Right next to a big floating market, suprised the hotel does not mention this as its a good selling point, we stumbled across it.
Lovely hosts.
Breakfast. Westerners rely on a good breakfast, we can't eat raw / cold fried eggs unfortunately. That said they really make an effort with breakfast but for me it wasn't really edible.

Lek and Saw, the managers were amazing. They went the extra mile and looked after us so well. Nothing was a problem for them. They made the stay as comfortable as they could.
The rooms were ok - old Thai style. They were clean. The lounge was very hard.
Breakfast was great - always fresh and catered to what we wanted.
The facility is very tired. The exterior needs a big paint. Once inside the court yard though, the place is spotless.
