Everything was great.
It gets really crowded in the elevator but the property cant do much about it, since there are 51 floors you cant complaint that. Its bound to happen

The proximity to the MRT and Monorail stations. There's a Starbucks and 7-11 nearby. The KL Tower and Nature Park is also walkable. I like the Infinity Pool too, I suggest going there around before sunset for a better photo op. You can store your luggage for a few hours, they'll charge you if your things stay overnight.
The LONG CHECK IN TIME, it took me an hour before checking in. There were only a few counters for check in and i think they are understaffed. But nevertheless, the staff were friendly.

Rooftop view although I’m sure other places also have this
Comfy bed , large room
Note they charge a MYR500 deposit on PHYSICAL CREDIT CARD or cash only which is very high deposit. We do not use credit card, and was leaving KL the following morning so had no cash to use or time to spend this the next day if we took it out. Had to agree on a debit card payment with a 3-5 month refund period which is crazy and can’t understand this. I would not recommend this place nor stay again.
