The clerks were friendly. The room was very clean and well equipped. The bed and pillows were great!
We stayed in room 314 and the entire time we heard the air conditioning units above us cycle on and off - all night long and it made it very difficult to get a good night's sleep. The hotel clerk was aware of the issue, but the rooms were sold out, so there was no option to change rooms and we were too tired to do anything else but live with it.
