O hotel é excelente, equipe atenciosa, e vale muito a pena por já oferecer passeios e acesso ao rio dentro de sua estrutura.
O restaurante do hotel deixa a desejar, se comparado à sua estrutura e equipe. São servidos apenas pratos executivos e apenas no jantar, então se você quiser aproveitar o dia no hotel, fica limitado a porções, que não são muito variadas.

A localização é beira rio e possui 15 decks, o atendimento do bar atende alguns decks podendo pedir pelo celular, os quartos são bem acabados, café da manhã faltou uma panqueca ou tapioca feita na hora.
Iluminação dos quartos e shampoo disponibilizados, cobram mascara de mergulho e nao avisam.

The staff was fantastic and activities were fun. However, though the property was extensive, it was not as nice as I had expected. It’s not in a convenient location as you either need to have a car or hire a taxi. We only decided to stay there because of the activities offered on site. But we prefer Pousada Girasol which we had stayed at earlier. It was in town, very nice though small grounds, and offer good value for money. At Cabanas, monkeys roam the area and we were warned at check in to keep our windows closed. I forgot this warning the next morning and opened the window a tiny crack for ventilation. While at breakfast, monkeys entered our unit and took off with our bananas and nuts, and left feces on the bathroom counter and some banana peels on the floor. We were shocked. It was our fault but thought that it would be good for the hotel to put up a reminder in all the rooms as well as install a screen in the bathroom since the monkeys are a nuisance. The room window had a screen. Finally, Hotel Cabanas took a very long time to reply to my queries after I had made the reservation. I contacted them through the booking.com site as well as by email and they took more than a week to reply.
