clean , comfortable and staff very helpful
Communication through booking.com msgs was poor, and they did not explain fully that if I don’t attend on time of check in , my booking will be cancelled , although I kept them up to date with my flight delays. But once I was there they sorted it out for me.

Reception staff was very friendly and hospitable would definitely recommend the hotel and would come back on my next trip inshallah!!!
Customers should not smoke inside the rooms. Some rooms smells like it.

I think the location and the staff.
The property was not adequately clean, with very old curtains and a carpet that appeared to have been in place for many years. This environment may not be suitable for individuals with allergies or respiratory issues.
