Fantastic property, spacious, modern, loved the sauna and the outdoor seating with the BBQ.
Property wasn’t clean when we checked in. Dirty linen left in the shower and no bed sheets. Impossible to get hold of anybody; all the phone numbers in the welcome book don’t work or nobody answers. Eventually found a number through booking.com and called a foreign helpline, after a few hours of back and forth they admitted the property wouldn’t be cleaned for the first night. Which meant we had to wash dirty towels left in the shower and had no bed sheets or bin bags. They did clean it on the second day after my complaints but awful service for the price. The welcome book seriously needs updating as all contact numbers and emails for cleaners, key holders and support are clearly out of date as absolutely nobody answers them. The WiFi also doesn’t work at all, so if you don’t have mobile data you are stuck. A shame about the customer service and having to clean the accommodation ourselves because otherwise it’s a lovely place.
