The views over the bay are amazing. We really enjoyed eating breakfast on the balcony or enjoying an evening beer!
The property is spacious and had everything we needed.
There is a bakery about a 12 minute walk away which was really handy and the bread and cakes were very good.
Nothing we didn’t like but a full length mirror in the master bedroom would be useful, we used the other bedroom as a dressing room as that has a full length mirror.

Communication in advance provided the location and code for lockbox to access keys.
Dedicated car parking ensured space available on arrival.
The apartment was perfect for our family of 4.
The highlight was the balcony overlooking the bay. Watching the sun rise over the mountain with a morning coffee and set in the evening with a glass of wine was bliss.
The boats and ships passing by in the Fjord below was great to see.
My youngest loved the pool. Whilst the complex was busy, we always managed to get sun-loungers whenever we wanted.
Access to Kotor Old Town was best on foot, a 15 minute walk to get to the centre for dinner and a short taxi ride back for around 15 euros.
A car is best to explore the region. A short drive along the coast finds some lovely restaurants and places to swim. The cable car to the top of the mountain and if feeling fit enough the walk up Kotor ladder overlooking the bay are highlights of the holiday.
The national parks are breath taking. Its about 3 hours to Durmitor National Park where white rafting rafting is available on the River Tara but well worth the time and cost.
Not much the owners can do on the road, but the walk into town has no pavements for the first 10 minutes, with narrow roads its not much fun but you do get used to it.

Communication from the moment we booked was excellent. A video on how to reach the property was provided well in advance so upon arrival I felt like I knew where I was going to reach our particular apartment.
The apartment itself was very clean with beautiful views of the Bay of Kotor. Close proximity to the pools, which my children loved. The day we arrived one pool was out of action apparently because some tiles had come loose. I was amazed at how quickly this was repaired and the fact that the pool was fully functioning and full of water again by the next morning.
The beds/ bedrooms were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed (apart from oven gloves- but towels worked well!)
Unfortunately my son became ill towards the end of our trip and we were due to check out at 10am. As we weren't being collected for our airport transfer until after lunchtime, Nicole very kindly pushed back our check out time until 1:30, which was very unexpected and very much appreciated in the circumstances. Thank you!
It would have been preferable to have prepaid via the booking agent online or bank transfer as I didn't like having to carry that much cash in addition to our spending money. It wasn't a problem and Nicole was very professional, although feel this would be a much more convenient method for both the guest and so she doesn't have to keep running round collecting cash.
Also, it wasn't a major issue, but just want to make anyone aware that if they have young children but no transport, that the walk through Muo into Kotor can be a little scary as there are no pavements. Being high season, there was a high volume of traffic in both directions so we had to walk single file and keep stepping into doorways to let cars past.

It was a rare find, with a pool
Property is a bit out of the main old town, bit taxi is €5 or less
Loads of space in this property as well
If i am picky, needs a bit of an update, but has nearly everything you need
Remember you have to pay cash on arrival
