Nice 2 storey property with lovely views from top terrace. Very well equipped kitchen. Great selection of stations on TV. All areas quite clean. Nice bar (Punta Lara Bar) close by with very friendly and helpful staff (Nick) and clientele.
Small ants in kitchen (not very many) and 3 cockroaches found inside living/dining room on last day of stay. Near door so may have come in from outside when door was open. WiFi login not as per sheet but found router box and it had the correct details.

Bright interior, great view from upstairs bedroom and terrace.. Well equipped kitchen.
The 16 stairs to access the unit were steep especially when we had luggage or groceries. The double bed mattress was uncomfortable. The upstairs toilet doesn't flush properly even after the maintenance guy worked on it.

De ligging net buiten het centrum en op loopafstand van het strand was perfect! Het lag verder een beetje op een berg hierdoor was er rust en mooi uitzicht
Dat er ca 5meter verderop een kroeg zat waar het met name in de weekenden vol liep met supporters die niet altijd even rustig waren. Dat was eigenlijk ook het enige minpuntje.
