The apartment was clean, spacious, and had everything you need (including cooking utensils). There are shops, bank, and cafes close by. The communication with owner was easy and helpful.
The bed was a bit squeaky. But you get used to it.

Расположение (соседний дом от квартиры в объявлении), просторность (больше площадь и больше спальных мест, чем в объявлении), удобная кровать
Окна выходят на очень шумную улицу, откуда целые сутки слышны рев моторов, грохот, сирены. Плохо функционируют душевой смеситель, бачок унитаза, бойлера еле хватает на 1 человека даже при очень экономном использовании (очевидно также не полностью исправен). Отсутствуют кастрюли, сковороды, средство для стирки. Ковры в волосах - похоже пылесос при уборке не используется
