古いながらも清潔感あり、用具に気配り感じられた。
4階なので荷物の多い人には不向き、これは仕方ないことだがBooking.comの説明に明記されるべき。
お勧めしますが、私個人としては二つとらぶるがあった。
1. 支払い方法 Booking.comの説明では前日にカードから引き落としとあったが、現地通貨現金を机の上に置いておけとの指示あり。（換算レートは適正だった)。もともと米ドル表示であったのでドル払いを提案したら100ドル紙幣新札と残りを現地通貨でと言う無理筋の要求。仕方ないから現地通貨を用意して、手渡ししたいから夕刻か朝の時間指定するように依頼するもある返事なく不誠実。
2、ドアが、旧式かつ摩耗
ドア鍵が旧式でうまく閉められず、強めに閉めたためか、今度は明けられなくなるトラブルに見舞われた。結局外から明けてもらった。私の扱い方が悪かったのかもしれないが、設備を変えるか扱い方の説明を付けるべき。

Bon quartier (vert, proche centres d'intérêt), appartement spacieux, propre, bien équipé, bon wifi, clim
Pas d'ascenseur (pas la faute du propriétaire cela dit)

ここはビシュケクに来る時には必ず泊まりたいところです。ロケーションが最高です。静かで、かつ素敵なカフェも多く、大きなスーパーも近くにあるので、買い物にも困りません。部屋は窓が大きくとても明るいです。キッチンも広く、料理をするのも楽しいと思います。部屋は清潔で、本当にすぐにくつろぐことができます。
オーナーもとても親切です。質問があればすぐに返事をくれますので、不安になることはないでしょう。私の家族、友達にも勧めたいです。人気のアパートですので、もし空室があればぜひまた泊まりたいです。ありがとうございました！
