The rest room water was too hot, even the greaser was off.
Also, the air-conditioning was not good in the room.

The facilities are neat, the staff was friendly and helpful.
Good place for budget-friendly stays in Mekka.
There is no Shuttle Bus outside of Hajj season. So by booking consider how to get to the Haram, if you are doing Umrah. There is Bus stop in 5 min, which costs 4 SAR - but it is not frequent and in the evenings it is hard to get back. By bus it takes around 1 hour to get to Haram.
If you take every time Taxi, which will be costly and you might as well book a hotel in close proximity to Haram.
On my first day, I got a room and there was a mouse on my bed when I fell asleep, which was quite traumatic event for me. The staff apologised by making the stay for the first night for free and provided me with another room - neat room and no major problem. There is a strong detergent smell in the bathroom, which gave me headaches.
