The location was great.

Too many narrow stairs to carry luggage up. The carpet throughout the entire property had a foul odour. The bath room is horrible with steps up and very small. The shared kitchen appeared unclean and there was a very stinky wet dish cloth lying on kitchen bench. The property generally felt not clean enough.

I loved the feel of the converted house, to have a communal kitchen fully stocked with cutlery, crockery etc was lovely to have own breakfast in cute little table and chairs or balcony with outdoor furniture. It was easy to self check in using the instructions given, Bus stop at bottom of the road so easily accessed by public transport. Large bedroom with ensuite lots of light in room.5 mins walk to the Lake.

being on the ground floor, we couldnt open our windows without smoke coming in from people smoking on the patio.. But the owners cannot control this at all.

Fanatic location, 2mins walk from the centre of the town. very clean and comfortable room. Although a contactless hotel. The amount of communication from the staff was amazing. Constant messages to check we had found everything, gave us information on where to park locally as the 3 parking spaces were full on arrival.

It was nice and quiet, great location. All the information given was helpful.

The room wasn't completely clean on arrival, there was a used plaster on the carpet. The bathroom is small and not very noise proof.
