Staff and food was nice

The location was very good along the banks of Mandovi river and just 7 kilometres from Panjim market. Spacious rooms. Breakfast was good. Staff were extremely courteous and helpful from the security to front office, restaurant and housekeeping. Only one restaurant in hotel and good food quality.
Rooms are very basic. There is no proper storage or anywhere to hang clothes or place luggage other than directly on the floor. Even a single small wardrobe had no clothes hanging or hanger rack. Bathrooms did not have a proper shower cubicle so water logging all over the bathroom after a bath, which was not at all pleasant. There were two basic and functional plastic chairs and a plastic table on the balcony area but not a single seating option in the room.

The location and staff were excellent. The breakfast and overall stay experience was good. Shoud out to RK and Priya for their hospitality.
The room could have better mosquito repellant or protection. The bathroom lacked cloth hanger/hooks. Also, the hotel should provide bathroom slippers.

The river view is amazing. Makes you feel calm and peaceful. Certain staff are hospitable. The restaurant staff was great.
There was junk lying on the ground. That gave me a mixed feeling. On one hand I am looking at the junk and river on the other. The hotel needs to find some space where they can store the junk.
The bathroom needs fixing. Water flows towards the toilet and makes the whole floor slippery.
The amenities mentioned bath which I understood as bath tub and I was disappointed as they didn't have any.
The room does not have a proper lock. As a female solo traveller I will be careful.
