Basically good

Basically it was clean and near by the centro

We would like to have additional cover since it was bit cold. I hear noise from other rooms. The sound tend to resonate easily.

Poor

The property was in a good area and the staff had great communication.

We did not have any air conditioning and it was reported to staff at Smartr. They tried to get us into another room (smaller and not an appropriate exchange) very warm. The energy box in the apartment had tape over the air condition trips. So they knew the air conditioning was not working and didn’t get it fixed before our stay. Very poor and will not stay again.

Liked three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Comfy beds.

One toilet was broken. Only one outlet in kitchen by counter. Parking was far from property. Clear instructions when booking would have been better. The language barrier could have been a bit of a challenge.
