The layout the coziness the attention to detail the colour scheme immaculate
The facilities are perfect
The pool was so clean and well lit up for night swims which we took advantage off
Kay is such a great host she had food ready for us to eat when we got into the apartment she gave us tips on what to do we’re to go
we were to Larnaca for our anniversary Kay made it an anniversary we will never forget
A massive thanks to her Dad Costa her Mum Maria Ambica and George this is one holiday we will never forget we could have stayed in the apartment throughout our stay and never get bored the swimming pool was perfect the moonlight swims
Seeing sunset go down
We played darts with Mr Costa it felt we were home in Pervoli Studio we miss the time spent
Kay and George helped us with hiring a car many thanks to the company director he was ever so pleasant
Even before traveling everything we asked Kay about she responded to promptly
We have had holidays in the past but never enjoyed as much as this
Kay took us food shopping the next day and patiently waiting for us in her car until we finished now who does that
To Kay and her family if there are stars beyond 5 you deserve it
Kay you are such a remarkable woman and thank for listing your studio for us to enjoy your amazing work
Thanks for inviting us to your gig it was awesome just listening to you we have had so much fun
We are definitely coming back by God’s grace and we have been spreading the word to our family and friends

Kay is an exceptional host along with her wonderful parents who we loved chatting to and are just so adorable.
As a host Kay could not do enough during our 6 day stay.
We arrived later than planned and she had cooked us a lovely Cypriot pork stew along with putting a bottle of wine and cold beers in the fridge. These were greatly appreciated after such a long day travelling.
Kay had also bought us some basic groceries, fresh bread, butter, milk, juice, cheese, tomatoes etc - such a lovely touch until we could get to the supermarket which her wonderful father took us to the next day.
The apartment has everything you need with lots of outdoor space and a lovely size pool.
Despite it being attached to the family home we had lots of privacy as it’s a complete separate building.
The kitchen facilities had everything we needed with lots of crockery etc including condiments in the cupboard which proved useful.
Towels including beach towels were provided and the bed was super comfy along with extra blankets if needed.
On leaving Kay had left a couple of lovely gifts that we will have fond memories of when using. Again such a nice touch.
I would highly recommend staying here, please note it is in a remote but peaceful location so a car is a definite for getting around.
There are many beautiful restaurants all within driving distance.
Kay will also recommend nice places to visit and where to eat. All Excellent recommendations.

The only thing we would have preferred is if there was somewhere on an evening to walk out to. There are a few nice restaurants in the local town which were a 30 mins walk away but are not safe to walk at night due to no pavements or street lighting.

Kay was amazing. When we just arrived she offered to take us to the store, she helped us with all the little things.
There is everything you need (and things you didn't know you will need), the pool is beautiful and the view is great.
We highly recommend renting a car in this location
If you want to be in a city so it's not your place. If you want to enjoy the quiet and privacy we really recommend!

Super studio bien équipé dans une maison privée avec une magnifique piscine et deux transats confortables
L’endroit est très calme et aérė,appréciable quand il fait chaud
Il est préférable d’être motorisé,mais proche de la plage de différents commerces et restaurants et de l’aéroport de Larnaca accessible en 15 minutes
Très bon accueil de la propriétaire avec un welcome pack dans le frigo et ses nombreuses petites attentions
