Two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with a large L shaped terrace that has views of the marina and golf course. The apartment has it's own dedicated WiFi connection, air conditioning in all rooms and fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher. The large terrace has plenty of furniture to choose from and has stunning views of the marina and coastline towards Estepona.
The apartment is located in the popular beachfront complex of Marina Real which has 2 swimming pools, underground parking and 24 hour security.

Superb Location. Excellent access to 2 great swimming pools and sun deck areas with numerous sunbeds.
The whole apartment is ripe for a refurbishment. Kitchen Units and Worktops plus Hob/Oven are very dated. The Fridge/Freezer has a rusty door and a whole new appliance is required. Microwave functions OK but looks extremely old. At least one of the bathrooms should be converted to a walk in shower to replace the existing bath with shower hose. WiFi has very weak security which compromised by choice my use of any of my iPhone Banking Apps. The wrap around Balcony is a great asset and has fantastic views of the Marina. It is also great for the evening late sun. I would possibly be interested in purchasing this apartment should it ever come on the market.

Location ideal with view of Marina. Very close to all amenities of the port. Large L-shaped balcony.
Very noisy at the weekend. Would benefit from double glazing.

Balcony.
Compared to other aparts in complex at the price this was very basic . Couches bit shabby with arm on one broken. Ware in kitchen , utensils, all very basic, lack of mirrors other than bathroom. Round table on balcony very grubby

"This apartment has very easy access to parking and the port, being close to the lift.
We had one issue with the mattress which, when we asked about it, was very quickly sorted.
