Although it was not listed in the property description, that I know of, the property has a power generator. As it turned out, a storm knocked out the power for about six hours. The generator kicked on immediately and we continued to have lights, internet and tv. A minor downside - the generator was beneath the bedroom windows and was loud throughout the night - but it was greatly appreciated.
Uncovered patio seating was unusable due to being covered in fallen debris from overhead trees, wetness from recent rains, and mold. Rain and tree debris can't be helped, but it would be advantageous for the owner to place a "Rubbermaid" type patio storage box on the deck to store and protect the cushions when not in use.

This is a beautiful and very clean property.
They have complete cookwares you will need to cook. Beds are very comfortable.
The front area by the fireplace needs a little attention. The red chairs are wobbly and might fall apart
