This wonderful end-unit townhome offers a spacious 2,635 square feet, with three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms to easily accommodate up to six guests.
Entering the property through the garage or front door puts you right into the main living area that is open and bright and holds the living room, kitchen and dining area.
Living Room (main level): This room holds high-end luxury furnishings, a cozy gas fireplace, and a Smart TV. The adjacent deck features terrific views and outdoor furniture.
Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and comes with high-end Viking appliances, including a gas range. This space offers plenty of counterspace and a center island with seating for three.
Dining Area: The dining area is surrounded by windows for plenty of natural light.
Family/Bonus room (lower level): This bonus family room offers a comfy queen sofa sleeper, a Smart TV and a cozy gas fireplace. Step out onto the private patio where you will find the hot tub boasting ski resort views.
