Recently renovated spacious 4BR house. Perfect getaway in downtown Louisville, less than 5 min drive to Churchill Down, Yum Center, Bourbon Trail, and Expo. We have pool table, air hockey table and ping pong tables to make your stay fun. Modern amenities with washer/drying/full working kitchen. Fenced in backyard for privacy.

Absolutely amazing!! Alan was very communicative and helped so much with our accommodations. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a larger home to stay in. House was clean and smelt so good. Check in was seamless. Spacious backyard, plenty of games for the kids, and a pool table, ping pong and air hockey to have some friendly competition. The house location is conveniently located by everything despite the highway being closed. My family will definitely stay again if we’re ever in the area. Thank you Alan!

There were some food crumbs left dresser drawers. Also not enough toilet paper left for a family of 4. Overall just not well laid out for our families needs.
