The Antonia apartment features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, bed linens, towels, a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with a view of the garden.
The Alma and Antonia apartments are brand new and offer luxurious living in the mountains. The furnishings were crafted by local artisans with care and skill; wood and loden create the ambiance. You’ll find two bedrooms, two bathrooms with toilets, a spacious living area with a kitchen, terraces on two sides, a storage room in the basement, a ski room, and an underground parking space for one car per apartment.
We are a family from Schladming and live here with our daughters. The apartments are for them when they’re old enough to enjoy them. That’s why the apartments are named after our daughters: Alma, Antonia, and Rosa.
The Schladminger Tauern are a beautiful mountain range in the Alps, featuring green hills on the south side and the karstic cliffs of the Dachstein to the north. In the heart of this region lies the famous ski town of Schladming, with countless ski runs, cross-country trails, and everything a winter sports enthusiast could wish for. Hiking is highly recommended from spring through fall. The Summer Card allows our guests to use many gondolas for free.
On-site costs: A deposit of 30% of the rental price is due upon booking and must be paid within 2 weeks to confirm the reservation. The balance is to be paid in cash upon arrival or transferred one week before arrival. Separate terms apply to online bookings. In the event of cancellation, Austrian cancellation regulations apply; the deposit is non-refundable. If canceled one month or less before the booking date, 70% of the rental price is due; if canceled two weeks or less before the vacation, 100% is due. Offers are valid for 3 days.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
